This pretty end-of-terrace character cottage has been lovingly updated and is presented to the market in excellent decorative order. The property benefits from a town centre location close to all local amenities and easy access to Fleet mainline railway station.

The entrance door leads directly into the attractive dining room with bay window and chimney breast.  A door leads directly into the living room with rear and side aspect window, chimney breast and door into the kitchen.  Stairs to the first floor are also located in the living room.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of Shaker style units and includes oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and space for a washing machine. There is a small lobby area off the kitchen which has a door to the side of the property plus a door into the bathroom which has been fitted with a modern white suite and grey vanity unit.

To the first floor are the two double bedrooms, both with chimney breasts.

The front of the property has much kerb appeal with a grey picket fence and a gate giving access to the rear.
